PAMPI Gala- The Piazza

Kris was co-chair of the Philadelphia Chapter Meeting Professionals International (PAMPI) Annual Awards Gala, responsible for gala design and planning, coordination, and production management.  A special THANK YOU to all the incredible sponsors who transformed the Piazza at Schmidts into “A Night at the Piazza” and made this vision a beautiful reality.

600’ of truss and 4,000 yards of butter cream satin fabric lined the walls and ceiling of the Westin Convention Center in Pittsburgh PA.  We worked around the air conditioning ducts and minimal rigging available in the ceiling to create a breathtakingly beautiful room.  Event planning was by the Event Group.

Event FX decorates a newly named ship at Philadelphia Aker Shipyard with over 600’ of red, white, and blue bunting, red carpet, and décor. The patriotism continued at the ribbon cutting, where a storm of red, white and blue biodegradable, fire retardant confetti exploded in the air.

Event FX supports EDEN AUTISM SERVICES of Princeton, NJ. On Saturday, January 16, 2010 Eden Autism Services held its 22nd Annual Eden Dreams white-tie dinner gala. The theme, Dreams of Arcadia, took guests back to a time when the Earth was unspoiled, when its rich beauty and natural magic surrounded us and the endless cycle of Renewal touched every living thing. Event FX was an Honor Roll sponsor providing all décor and lighting.
